Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- In its original condition — unworn and undamaged
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrectly sent by us, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost.
